The method involved looking at the types of language you use when thinking about problem areas of your life and comparing that to the language used by people who are successful in that area. For example someone who is scared of spiders may think things like “They’re horrible, I hate the way the move, They lookdisgusting” etc. Whereas someone who keeps pet spiders may think things like “They’re fascinating, they are unique, I love spiders”.
