Your subconscious mind is the most powerful element in your body. It is more powerful than we even know as it is so difficult to test and measure it’s capabilities.
However more and more scientists are conducting studies and finding out more and more information about the subconscious mind and its potential.
For example, it is believed that our subconscious mind accounts for more than 90% of the total processing power in your brain. The remaining 10% is our conscious mind. Thisi is where we think, learn, and consciously process all the information we receive every day.
We process information constantly through our subconscious, and we storeĆ our thoughts, memories, and information from our daily lives. It works like a filter – only giving you the information you actively need and filters out everything else.
As if this wasn’t quite enough it is also has control over all of the functions of your body. By this I mean your breathing, digestive system, and your heartrate etc. All of these functions and indeed, many more are controled by your subconscious mind.
There is in fact a way you can gain access to your subconscious mind. You can take control of it and the information it receives. You can harness the power of your subconscious mind through a simple yet effective texhnique called positive inner talk. This is a pretty simple idea. All you have to do is repeat phrases to yourself.
This sounds too good to be true. However, just by saying over and over these same positive statements to yourself they will sink into your unconscious mind naturally. In this way you can easily make changes from within. Although it won’t happen instantly the more you do this the stronger the effect will be. The more you practice the more messages you will receive and they will really start to build in the brain and become your reality.
Don’t delay any longer, it is really easy and anyone can do it. You can get started right away. Think of some positive statements for areas you want to develop yourself in and repeat these in front of a mirror. You should ideally practice this first thing on a morning when you wake up, and last thing on a night before going to bed.
