There is a brand new craze online – the nlp download.

NLP was created by John Grinder and Richard Bandler in the 60s. They discovered a new form of therapy which shook the world of modern psychology and psychiatry.

The method involved looking at the types of language you use when thinking about problem areas of your life and comparing that to the language used by people who are successful in that area. For example someone who is scared of spiders may think things like “They’re horrible, I hate the way the move, They lookdisgusting” etc. Whereas someone who keeps pet spiders may think things like “They’re fascinating, they are unique, I love spiders”. Is it any suprise that these 2 people feel differently?

The second part of nlp is to change the language of the first person and replace it with the type of language used by the second person.

Richard Bandler discovered this by curing people of their fear of elevators. He asked people who were scared of elevators but then got over it how their beliefs changed. He then used this information to change the beliefs of others.

People were amazed with the results. He would sit in a hotel and cure people of their elevator phobia in record times – usually under an hour. This was much faster than the months needed by therapists at the time.

Over the last forty years NLP has increased in popularity. A new craze has emerged though – that of the nlp download or nlp mp3.

This has brought nlp to the masses – now anyone can use nlp downloads. Simply get them from the Internet and use them in their homes. This removes 99% of the cost of visiting an nlp therapist, and is much quicker for solving any one problem rather than learning nlp techniques yourselves.

All you have to do with these mp3s or cds is simply play them and let the messages enter your mind and gradually change your mind thinks and feelings about a certain area.
