We generally have a very scientific view of perception: that objects exist in only in our immediate reality – which we can see, and feel, act upon due to our perception. While this is true, there’s also a gray area – where our mind takes in information but we’re not 100% aware; perhaps when you walk out of a shop singing whatever was playing on the radio, or where you know you have seen your house keys this morning, but you can remember exactly where.

How can this be possible?

Our brain has grown into a powerful recorder of senses, and acts as a master guidance system for our survival. It records objects if they can be useful, and phases out information we don’t actively need. Our sensory system is highly evolved and is able to process information that we are not 100% aware of. This means we are prepared mentally to change at the drop of a hat to whatever changes mother nature throws at us.

However, lets not get carried away, it doesn’t mean that people create their own realities entirely. People simply take an active role through the learned experience, needs, values, and expectation – which all happens subconsciously!

You could describe our brains as prediction machines. We predict what we are going to perceive, and also fill in the gaps. This happens without our awareness.

Our power of prediction serves many useful purposes. It can make us ready to react with a rapid response, or provide a way to efficiently recognize when we are off course and should correct.

There are points where there isn’t enough info readily available to our senses to solve a problem that we need to manage, unless we are already prepared with some kind of assumption, and these assumptions come from past experiences, and are often subconscious.

This is where subliminal messages come into play – because we rely so heavily on our subconscious mind for filling in these gaps, and our subconscious power of prediction, subliminal messaging can be used to fill our subconscious mind with positive suggestions, so that next time we encounter a problem, or an issue we usually have problems with – whether it be a lack of confidence, procrastination issues, or a fear of failure, our subconscious mind will be trained through these subliminals and be able to cope with the situation better.

So just like you are able to process information without knowing it, subliminal messaging works the same way, the messages go into your mind without you knowing, and you perform better, this can be through subliminal learning cds, or software.

Subliminal messaging is used to describe the use of either images, words, or sounds which have been embedded into some form of media.

Visual subliminal messages are usually flashed faster than the eye can see them (usually 0.25 miliseconds) see and can be flashed either pictures, or text.

Audio based subliminal messages are played at a sound frequency beyond (often below) the levels of our hearing, and they are most commonly used in as subliminal mp3 or subliminal cd format. You won’t hear these sound based messages, but they are always processed in your un-conscious mind.

In our everyday lives we all encounter various forms of subliminal messaging frequently. We don’t perceive all of this information on a conscious level as it is often not useful to us, and because there is a lot going on we can not physically process everything. To avoid being over-burdoned our mind filters out the unrequired information and we only become aware of the info we are actively focusing on.

e.g. when someone says your name across a busy room you will suddenly be aware of their conversation. You were always processing what was being said, you just never realised until your name was mentioned.

Subliminal Messaging works along these same principles – even though you are not aware of the messages your mind is receiving you are still processing them constantly, and through the use of subliminal cd and subliminal mp3 albums you can target specific subliminal messages at your own mind yourself.

Instead of processing information randomly from your daily life , you can – with the help of subliminal messaging – target your subconscious mind with positive messages which will help you develop and fix improtant areas in your life. So whether you want to learn to speak spanish, develop more confidence, or improve your sports potential subliminal messaging mp3s can help you achieve your goals.
